Instructions for use:
Soak the stone in water or use Taidea sharpener oil.
Place the sharpener on a flat surface. Start smoothing the blade starting with gradation 3000.
Finish polishing using the 8000 gradation. When sharpening the knife, try to maintain the appropriate angle of the knife (15 ° -30 °)
To maintain the correct sharpening angle, we recommend using the TD-1091AC guide
To prevent the stone from moving around, we recommend using the TD-0916R stone holder
