An excellent knife sharpener for people who want to have full control over knife sharpening. One side of the 240 grit sharpener will roughly sharpen even the dullest knife. The second one with a grit of 1000 allows for a perfect finish of each blade.

Instructions for use:
Soak the stone in water or use Taidea sharpener oil. Place the sharpener on a flat surface.
To sharpen the knife, slide it over the stone (applying light pressure) several times, first one side of the knife, then the other. When sharpening the knife, try to maintain the appropriate angle of the knife (15°-30°)
