If the product you ordered turned out to be wrong, you can easily return it. Just write to us at: kontakt@sapsan-sklep.pl and we'll take it easy :)

The right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Remember, however, that the goods cannot have any traces of use. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you physically received the purchased goods. We consider it as an unequivocal statement to register the return on our purchase return page (and we recommend this form). The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in cases specified in detail in art. 38 sec. 1 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods and the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store), within 7 days, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date on which we received the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or provide proof of their return.
If you choose to return via on our website for the return of purchases, the proof of the return of the returned goods will be the status of the return shipment, which we will receive automatically after reporting the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless you agree to another solution.

The buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the returned products the result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. We reserve the right to claim damages against the Consumer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Return of item

Returned items should be sent back or handed over to our store immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the item is returned before the expiry of the 14-day period.
In the return system, we provide the possibility of free and paid return of the returned products. You can also send the returned goods yourself (not using the return system), at your own cost and risk.
