NITECORE introduces its second ultra-slim tactical EDC flashlight. This flashlight features a lightweight, slim design and is powered by an advanced UHi LED, making it an essential tool for professionals and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
The EDC25 uses two UHi 20 LEDs combined with a precision orange peel metal reflector to deliver a maximum output of 3000 lumens and a beam distance of 300 meters, far exceeding standard EDC flashlights. Aluminum alloy front and rear bodies are bonded to a high-strength composite frame secured with six sets of connecting screws to provide a lightweight yet rigid design that resists compression, twisting and bending. Weighing just 104g (3.67oz), the 13.7mm/0.54in diameter body is approximately 46% thinner than compact flashlights, making it ideal for firm holding and everyday carry.
With a large heat dissipation area of 1897mm², the semi-embedded design provides excellent heat dissipation comparable to other compact flashlights. The heat dissipation plate extends almost from head to tail, which helps conduct and dissipate heat quickly. The stripes on the body not only dissipate heat to the outside to prevent overheating, but also increase contact with air, providing better cooling efficiency.
EDC25 features a two-stage tactical button and a customizable tactical button. The former is controlled by a two-stage press to turn on/off or switch brightness levels, while the latter allows users to adjust STROBE or TURBO based on their needs to quickly respond to emergencies and avoid misoperation.
Additionally, the EDC25 is equipped with a built-in 1700mAh lithium-ion battery that provides up to 55 hours of operation. It has indicator lights similar to the MH12 Pro, which display the current brightness level and remaining battery power. The flashlight is also IP54 rated, meaning it is dust and water resistant and can withstand drops from up to 1 meter.
