Endless prairie open space, longhorn cattle and loud "Yee-Haw". Despite its rich history, the American state of Texas is today a glorified idyll of the West. In the 19th century, the Texas Tooth Pick knife was widespread, especially among farmers and brave soldiers of fortune. As a further development of the Navaja knives brought by the Spanish settlers, the Texas variant has a strikingly long blade and overall slender design. These features predestined the Texas toothpick for various tasks. From agricultural purposes such as sampling to determine the quality of fruit and vegetables, to filleting fish, to adrenaline-fueled daredevil duels, the gentleman's knife covered a wide spectrum. The Boker Plus reinterprets the popular design and gives the Texas toothpick the typical innovative performance. The flipper opens the VG-10 ball-bearing blade with a silky-smooth Hairline finish and speeds up your daily work. Unlike its historical model, the gentleman's knife is reliably locked with a liner lock, which greatly increases its suitability for everyday use. The curved scales with handles are made of exquisite cocobolo wood and provide perfect hand positioning and a classic look. The milled tip-up clip (r) has a stonewash finish. It comes with a touch of the Wild West.
