The Barlow BFF Boker designed by Lucas Burnley is produced as a fixed EDC in a full tang design and in this version comes with handle covers made of green micarta canvas. The renowned designer and full-time knifemaker from the USA bridges the gap between the historical roots of the proven Barlow and the modern elements of his design line known as Post Tactical. The characteristic Barlow drop shape comes from 17th century English pocket knives, which certainly makes it one of the oldest models in history. The classic's name likely comes from an enterprising Sheffield knifemaker of the same name who began exporting solid knives to North America around 1800. There, they immediately enjoyed great popularity, thanks to which the first Barlow models also appeared in the history of the Boker Manufacture at the end of the 19th century.
In this permanent version, tradition, everyday usability and a bit of tactical sophistication find harmonious harmony. The compact Barlow BFF is made of ice-hardened AEB-L, a versatile blade steel that provides excellent cutting capabilities, good rust resistance and easy sharpening. The fixed blade version of the timeless classic comes with contoured, textured micarta covers and fits comfortably in your hand. The decorative brass hollow rivet also serves as a lanyard hole and, together with the rivets in the same color, creates a visual accent. Supplied with a fitted black leather sheath that ensures high carrying comfort thanks to the integrated clip. Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufacture in Solingen.
