Buck Odessa is an elegant knife for everyday use. The small size of the folding knife makes the Buck Odessa fit perfectly into our equipment and will be almost completely invisible to us until we need it. The slim metal handle looks elegant and, most importantly, fits the hand very well. The clip mounted on the handle allows you to place the knife on your belt or secure it from falling out of your pocket. The design was created with one-handed use in mind.
The frame lock works on the same principle as the popular liner lock. The difference is the lack of an additional insert inside the handle, the locking element is a springy part of the lining. After unfolding, the blade is automatically blocked by the movement of the handle part. To close the knife, simply move the lock to the left. The frame lock means fewer moving parts, which translates into lower weight. This type of lock is used in knives that can be opened and closed with one hand.
The flipper blade is opened by pressing the tab on the top of the knife with your index finger.
