The Sigmund knife is not only a knife, but also an interesting story presenting 80 years of tradition. It was created by two generations of the Helle family. The knife's blade was designed in the early 1930s by Sigmund Helle, and the handle by his son Torodd in 2012. Sigmund is a classic knife whose handle is made of pieces of wood interspersed with leather, and the triple stainless steel blade ensures extraordinary sharpness.
