The first chef's knife produced by Helle since the 1960s.
To create this knife, Helle collaborated with professionals who spend as much time outdoors as in the kitchen, such as Norwegian chef Margit Dale.
The highly polished 12C27 steel blade ensures razor-sharp operation and easy cutting of any products. At the same time, it has a spine thick enough to cope with chopping and more difficult cutting. When designing the shape of the blade, Helle was inspired by the combination of the shape of a traditional European chef's knife and the Santoku.
The ergonomic handle is inspired by the traditional Helle outdoor knives and ensures a comfortable hand position, so you can confidently face any culinary challenge. The flat support between the handle and the blade allows for a firm front grip when chopping onions or other vegetables. On the other hand, the full handle allows for easy slicing as well as comfort when cutting heavier. The handle is made of my favorite material – curly birch. Birch wood has good antibacterial properties, fits perfectly in the hand, and an additional feature is the unique curly birch pattern, thanks to which no two knives are identical.
