RTL-SDR V4 R828D RTL2832U - New version

RTL-SDR V4 features several improvements over the original versions, including the use of an R828D tuner, triple input filter, notch filter, improved components, 1 PPM temperature compensated oscillator (TCXO), SMA F connector, aluminum housing with passive cooling, circuit polarization, improved power supply and built-in HF converter.

ATTENTION!
This is a newer V4 design and requires an update to the latest drivers to work. Before purchasing, please make sure you understand that not all applications work with V4 yet! This product is compatible with most programs on Windows, Linux and Android, but it's still catching up on MacOS. For more information, please refer to the V4 User Guide

Below is our summary installation guide:

1. Download SDRSharp
   
2. Download latest ddl (Release.zip) https://github.com/rtlsdrblog/rtl-sdr-blog/releases
   
3. Unpack sdrsharp somewhere on your PC, then copy it to the sdrsharp dll folder: rtlsdr.dll, msvcr100.dll, pthreadVC2.dll.
   
4. Running the install-rtlsdr.bat script
   
5. Connecting RTL-SDR to a computer
   
6. Enable zadig.exe
   
7. Installing WinUSB Drivers with Zadig for "Bulk-In, Interface (Interface 0)"
   
8. Enable SDRSharp, select RTL-SDR USB in "Source" settings
   
9. Adjusting the RF gain, because the default one is very low.
