A metal stalk covered with a very hard ceramic abrasive (9 on the Mohs scale) which makes the sharpening process quick and easy. During operation, the blade is straightened and polished again. The metal core makes it resistant to breaking during a fall. The sharpener is light and perfectly balanced. The handle has been properly profiled so that it does not slip out of the hand during work. The hole for hanging the sharpener allows it to be easily stored. Suitable for right and left handed people.

The steel pin is equipped with a rubber base that prevents it from shifting when sharpening the knife.
