Detectives have a lot in common with pentesters. Both professions can learn a lot from each other. Things like OSINT, object and human observation, and appropriate camouflage occur in both professions.

The author wrote about his book:

"Detective Profession" is the first book in Poland and one of the few in the world that introduces you to the secrets of the detective profession , providing specific tools and knowledge, supported by my many years of experience in the field. In this book, I will tell you in detail about the most important aspects of my work. Regardless of whether you want to become a private detective , are already working in the profession, or are reading this book out of pure curiosity - you will learn everything that I have learned over the years, striving to develop the most effective methods of surveillance . I can read people and follow them without being noticed. The observations I conduct are effective and discreet .

Show me a man and I will tell you about his life.

My name is Dawid Kuciel. I am a private detective, owner of a detective agency and security specialist. I specialize in white intelligence, social engineering and people observation. I eliminate patterns and focus on unconventional activities. For years, I have been writing articles and books about my profession, giving interviews and giving lectures at universities. I show my profession without serial myths and beating around the bush.

The book "Detective Profession" is a collection of my professional experiences and thoughts related to observing people. Tracking people is a difficult art, requiring extensive knowledge, but above all, experience and intuition.

I made the decision to write this book a long time ago, when, as a novice, I was looking for any literature related to the detective profession and was faced with a lack of materials. I haven't found any books on this subject in Polish, while foreign ones contain some information, but they are rarely systematized. There are probably various types of classified publications and training programs, but they are available only to a narrow group of employees of the services that perform such activities. And they are not very willing to provide such information to the civilian market. "Profession of a detective" is the first book in Poland and one of the few in the world that introduces the secrets of the detective profession, providing specific tools and knowledge, supported by my many years of experience "in the field".

In this book, I will tell you in detail about the most important aspects of my work. Regardless of whether you want to become a private detective, are already working in the profession, or are reading this book out of pure curiosity - you will learn everything I have learned over the years, striving to develop the most effective methods of surveillance. I can read people and follow them without being noticed. The observations I conduct are effective and discreet.

  • How to build an alternative identity?
  • What will be remembered about you?
  • How should you look and move when observing?
  • What is the greatest advantage and disadvantage of white intelligence?
  • What is social engineering and how can it help you?
  • Does the figurehead's gender matter?
  • How to conduct surveillance on foot?
  • How to observe in a car?
  • What equipment do you need to document an observation?

This is only a fraction of the knowledge I will share with you. Although it is impossible to predict every step of the person you are tracking, it is possible to prepare for a variety of scenarios. Reading my book will make this task easier for you.
