The Work Sharp Professional Precision Knife Sharpener is the new benchmark for manual knife sharpening. Thanks to the improved adjustment possibilities, the required sharpening angle can be set instantly from 15° to 35°, and the additional 0.25° digital level ensures precise and repeatable results. An extensive set of interchangeable grinding plates is available for the handle body: 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 grit diamond blades and a fine-grain ceramic plate for repair, sharpening and honing. A leather strip refines and polishes the blade for optimal results, while another ceramic rod is specially designed for sharpening serrated blades. Compared to the Precision Knife Sharpener, the much larger Professional Knife Sharpener features a solid metal body and bolt-on workbench holes, allowing even adult knives or machetes to be sharpened. This means: safe posture, safe sharpening and definitely sharp knives! The innovative V-Block Clamp clamps the knife quickly and reliably, ensuring a secure hold without slipping. The practical table mount allows you to sharpen small pocket knives and narrow blades at an angle of up to 10°.
