1. General Provisions
The website www.sapsan-sklep.pl operates according to the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically through the website www.sapsan-sklep.pl, the rules for providing these services, conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for electronic services, and the complaint procedure.
Every User, upon taking actions aimed at using the Electronic Services of www.sapsan-sklep.pl, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
- CONTACT FORM – a form available on the website www.sapsan-sklep.pl enabling Users to contact the Service Provider directly.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS - this document.
- SERVICE PROVIDER – Sapsan Cybersec Sp.z.o.o located at ul. Objazdowa 14/14a, 43-430 Skoczów, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Bielsko-Biała under KRS number: 0001100430, NIP: 5482759191, REGON: 528368671, share capital: 5,000.00 PLN, email address: kontakt@sapsan-sklep.pl, tel. +48 733 727 273.
- USER – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Electronic Service.
- ELECTRONIC SERVICE – service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User through the Website.
- NEWSLETTER – an Electronic Service allowing Users to subscribe and receive free information from the Service Provider via email.
3. Contract Conclusion and Order Processing
The sales contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order acceptance by sending a confirmation email.
Placing Orders:
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the website
- An active email account is required to place an order
- By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions

4. Delivery and Processing Time
- Orders placed in the Store by 12:00 are shipped on the same business day (in the case of knives, flashlights, and EDC accessories on the next business day), unless a different fulfillment date is specified on the product page (e.g., in the case of pre-orders or longer order processing times).
- Delivery costs are determined during the ordering process and depend on the chosen payment and delivery method.
- Delivery is carried out within Poland and to other countries listed in the delivery tab.
In case of non-collection of the package:
- The customer bears the cost of reshipping if the package was returned to the seller due to non-collection by the customer and they decide to have it sent again.
- In case of refusal to accept the shipment without prior withdrawal from the contract in accordance with consumer law, the customer may be charged with the costs of returning the shipment to the seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of package receipt.
In case of contract withdrawal:
- We will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivering the item (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).
- The refund will be made promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement.
- You bear the costs of returning the goods, unless the defectiveness of the goods was the reason for the return.

6. Complaints
In case of product defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on warranty provisions in the Civil Code.

7. Personal Data Protection
The Service Provider is the data controller. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) for the following purposes:
- Order processing and contract fulfillment
- Handling complaints

- Fulfilling legal obligations related to accounting

8. Intellectual Property
All content published on the website www.sapsan-sklep.pl is protected by copyright law and is the property of the Service Provider.
Any use without the explicit written consent of the Service Provider constitutes copyright infringement and results in civil and criminal liability.
9. Final Provisions
- Contracts concluded through the Website are governed by Polish law.
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under applicable law, the appropriate provisions of Polish law shall apply instead.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect 7 days after their announcement on the website. Orders placed before the changes take effect are processed according to the previous version of the Terms and Conditions.
- Any disputes arising from sales contracts between the Store and Consumers will be resolved first through negotiations, with the intention of amicable settlement. If this is not possible or unsatisfactory for either party, disputes will be resolved by the competent common court.
