The Pinebook Pro is a Linux laptop from PINE64. It's built to be an attractive alternative to the mid-range Chromebooks that people turn into Linux laptops.
Unlike most mid-range Chromebooks, however, the Pinebook Pro features a 14" 1080p IPS LCD panel, high-end magnesium alloy chassis, 64GB of eMMC storage, a 10,000mAh battery, and a modularity/hackbility that only an open source project can provide - such as a low capacity PCIe m.2 NVMe slot (optional feature that requires an optional adapter).
The USB-C port on the Pinebook Pro, in addition to being able to transfer data and charge the device, is also capable of digital video output up to 4K at 60hz.
A laptop bought from our store comes with Kali Linux * already pre-loaded, but the system can be freely changed. A complete list of systems on the Pinebook Pro is available on the official Pine64 wiki: LINK .
*We also update the touchpad software and do initial setup to make sure everything works properly.
