uConsole CM4 or CM5 - which version to choose?

It’s the same modular cyberdeck - the difference sits in the compute core and connectivity. On this page you choose one of three versions:

• Without core (WiFi) - the complete uConsole kit without a compute module. You install your own Raspberry Pi CM4 or CM5. The CM5 8GB module is available in our store.
• Without core (WiFi + 4G LTE) - the same kit with a factory-installed 4G LTE module. Also without a compute module - pair it with the CM5 8GB module from our store or your own CM4.
• Raspberry Pi CM4 104000 lite - the kit with the CM4 Lite module installed, ready to run once you insert the SD card.

The CM4 Lite version is the most affordable entry into the uConsole world and is perfectly enough for terminal work, SSH, network analysis or lighter field projects. If you need headroom for multitasking, heavier pentesting tools, code compilation or containers, check out the more powerful uConsole version with the CM5 8GB module.
