     With the Unitek Y-3089 USB Hub, you can increase the number of USB 3.0 ports available, and more ports are simply more ways to use your computer. Thanks to this, you can easily connect four peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, graphics tablet, docking station for external drives or USB flash drive. Thanks to the implemented electronics, the hub can also be used to charge connected devices.

    It is an active hub - if you connect more power-hungry devices (over 500 mA), you can connect an external power supply to it. The hub can operate a scanner, printer, TV tuner and, at the same time, efficiently charge the phone or tablet. In this model, the power socket is a popular microUSB, so you can use an old smartphone charger. The BC 1.2 technology watches over the charging parameters, protecting the devices against overvoltage, overcharging or incorrect voltage supply. This significantly extends the life of the battery.

    The hub uses SuperSpeed USB 3.0 technology that provides up to 5Gb / s transfer. It takes no more than 9 seconds to copy the movie. Thanks to the Hot swapp / Plug & play technology, its use is extremely simple - you do not need to install any drivers. You just plug it into your computer and you go. It is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 9 and 10, Linux computers, Mac 9.0 and above. This model has a built-in 30 cm cable. Just like many other Unitek hub models, this one has a compact size so it fits in any laptop bag.
