This is a general-purpose SPF5189Z wideband preamplifier (LNA).
For the best results, it should be used with a band-pass filter.
Key features:

- requires BIAS power, works with the RTL-SDR V3 and RTL-SDRv4, which provides the appropriate 4.5 V power
